Thanks for reading our first changelog and updates edition. Let us know if you have any feedback. We also post updates on Twitter.

Your dashboard, redesigned.
Main highlight last week was the release of your new dashboard. Along with the redesign, here are the other upgrades -
  • Integrations tab - a single place to manage them without having to navigate from the services section.
  • You can now name your integrations, makes it easier to identify the purpose and distinguish.
  • We removed the overwhelming blue sidebar. Wasn’t easy on your eyes.
  • We are taking a step towards displaying incident ids and bring in to our ecosystem. Inspired from JIRA.
Let us know what you think about the new UI – we would love to hear. Write to [email protected].
Scammers created fake accounts on Spike, they made over 1000s of phone calls and we lost $870
We have documented our experience, hope you find it useful.
Scammers tried to generate 1000s of phone calls from our dashboard. We learnt quickly of the endpoints that were being used. Do we plan to slow them or block them? Read more..
We assure you no servers or data was comprised.

We documented what we did wrong. We hope you can read and learn in avoiding the same mistakes. https://t.co/47m5ZkfSnN
Security changes
  • Basic security audit of our dependency packages, thanks to dependabot
  • We have been using Cloudflare forever, now we are using it’s advanced DDoS protection
  • Integrating with Needle.sh to get insights and alerts on various security incidents.
  • You can sign up and sign in with Google only. If you don’t have Google account then contact [email protected] to login.
  • Adding reCaptcha for validating your phone number. Same for when you wish to edit your phone number
  • Rate limiting on all hooks and endpoints for the dashboard
